We stayed for two nights there, Phoebe & Ian are so kind and very nice. The place is very clean, comfort bed and very nice breakfast cooked the way we like, every time we go to Barrow we’ll book in there.
The location is very good and face to a beautiful park. Close to the train station and only spending 15 mins walk to the shopping centre.

We stayed for two nights there, phobie& Ian are so kind and very nice people always taken care of their customers, the place is very clean, comfy bed and fantastic full English breakfast cooked the way we like, every time we go to Barrow we’ll book in there.
We stayed for one night last night , were welcomed by phoebe and Ian and made to feel right at home , super comfy bed and spotlessly clean home , nothing was too much bother and we were given an easter egg and card this morning we were greeted with a beautiful full English breakfast with coffee and fresh orange juice.
